A Warwickshire-based office refurbishment specialist has signed a major deal to renovate offices in St George’s House, Wolverhampton.
Loxton Developments are spending over £1 million to renovate and update the former government department occupied building, with expected completion by the end of October 2016.
At 22,304 sq. ft., St George’s House will offer two storey Grade A high quality specification open plan office accommodation, with 76 onsite car parking spaces and key transport links to the city centre and motorway network.
With a team of over 30 local trades working on site, they are installing the very latest energy efficient LED lighting, VRV air conditioning and a host of other features to compliment a modern and stylish décor throughout.
Mark Roberts, Managing Director at Loxton Developments, said “With the amount of regeneration currently taking place in the city, we saw Wolverhampton as an exciting and valuable area to invest in.
“We felt that there was a real gap in the marketplace for high quality office space. Our investment in St George’s House and the refurbishment we are carrying out will provide organisations with great facilities and access to the local area, offering superb value for money.”
Commercial property specialists, Bulleys Chartered Surveyors, are marketing the Wolverhampton property.
Rod Spiby, Partner at Bulleys, said “This is a great proposition as there is a genuine shortage of this quality of office space offering a short walk into the city centre.
“We’ve already seen a strong interest in St George’s House and are looking forward to seeing the finished property. It has already been transformed and occupiers will undoubtedly be impressed when complete.
” St George’s House is the latest in a long line of properties refurbished by Loxton Developments, with recent projects spanning across Derby, Redditch and Bristol.
