In Detail

We want local businesses along the line of the new high speed railway to be able to make the most of the opportunities HS2 will bring, and get involved in the supply chain wherever they can.

Because of the scale and reach of HS2, one of our goals is to leave a positive legacy for the industry and we are committed to raising the bar in areas like health and safety, equality and diversity and our environmental impact.

To help us to support and upskill local businesses in some of these subjects, we have partnered with the Supply Chain Sustainability School, who provide (for free) a wide range of resources to help your business learn about the skills and certifications that will help you to win work on projects like HS2.

During this free webinar an expert from Supply Chain Sustainability School will:

  • Guide you through how you can set up your profile and navigate the School
  • Introduce you to the information and free resources that are available to local businesses to help you get the most out of what it has to offer
  • Demonstrate the various certifications and qualifications that you can gain which are recognised by HS2 and our contractors
  • Spend some time answering your questions

We will be publishing video recordings of each webinar online, so if you are not able to listen live you can still learn about each topic through a dedicated playlist on the HS2 YouTube channel.

This event is free.
