FinditinStokeandStaffs, the Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire Growth Hub and Staffordshire County Council invite you to attend the first of three free BIG Autumn Meet the Buyer events in the region.

Businesses based in Staffordshire, can kick-off the Autumn at the first event; 'The BIG Buyers Brunch: A Staffordshire Supplier Special' on Wednesday 25 September 2024.

Alongside event partners, the South Staffordshire Business Partnership and South Staffordshire Council, the event will take place in South Staffordshire at The Moat House Hotel in Acton Trussell from 10:00am until 1:00pm and will feature a range of speakers from the Growth Hub, local authorities, developers and principal contractors working in the region.

This event is open to suppliers and sub-contractors based in Staffordshire to:

• Find out more about the current and upcoming regeneration projects in the area.
• Talk to contractors and developers working in the region looking to meet suppliers and sub-contractors for future opportunities.
• Hear from South Staffordshire Council's Commercial Team about supplying to the council and the introduction of the New Procurement Act.
• Make new connections with other local suppliers and event partners.
• Network with FREE brunch and refreshments.

Local Construction Project: West Midlands Interchange

WMI will be the one of the largest, most environmentally conscious logistics developments in the UK. Winvic Construction was awarded the first phase of West Midlands Interchange (WMI), and will be at this event to talk about the longer-term opportunities.

Local Construction Project: Beacon Barracks Stafford

Northern Ireland headquartered contractor Henry Brothers is delivering new facilities at Beacon Barracks in Staffordshire for 280 (NATO) Signal Squadron. The contractor is keen to meet supply chain partners within Staffordshire for these works and future projects in the region.
