Coaching Conversations that Empower and Engage

This session introduces the foundational coaching skills that can be integrated into everyday conversations with team members, colleagues, customers, and clients to build trust, encourage autonomy and develop growth.
Throughout the workshop, learners will explore the core elements of effective coaching: active listening, asking purposeful questions, and knowing when a coaching approach is most valuable.
We will introduce simple, adaptable questioning frameworks that help deepen understanding, spark reflection, and guide others toward their own solutions. Participants will also learn how to structure a coaching conversation in a way that feels natural, supportive, and results-focused.
The workshop is interactive and reflective, offering opportunities to practice techniques in pairs and small groups. Leaders will leave with greater confidence in their ability to slow down, listen with intention, and create space for others to think, learn, and contribute.
By applying these skills, learners will be able to enhance engagement, strengthen relationships, and foster a culture of empowerment across their teams and workplace interactions.
