Black Country Chamber of Commerce will be joined by a representative from the Department for Education at this particular breakfast meeting, who will be pprovide updates on recent policy changes and initiatives that will impact education, skills and business engagement in the region.
In addition, Tristram Hooley, Director of Research at The Careers & Enterprise Company (CEC), will be presenting on CEC campaigns and how the Enterprise Adviser Network programme fits into the future skills agenda. Tristram wrote the recent State of the Nation report for CEC, which was influential in the new Careers Strategy published in December 2017.
